摘要: Abstract Epitaxial thin films of double perovskite Y(Ni 0.5 Mn )O 3 (001) and (101) grown on SrTiO (111), respectively, were studied by XPS SQUID magnetometer. Temperature dependent Ti diffusion was detected in the (101)/SrTiO (111) samples, while no observed (001)/SrTiO samples. It that use a low ablation rate promoted ionic migrations, mainly due to associated annealing time samples undergo when at lower rates. The migration speed determined analysis its influence magnetic properties characterized discussed.
