摘要: The authors examined perceptions of distributive justice, procedural trust, organizational commitment, satisfaction, and turnover intentions among survivors in an organization that had recently completed downsizing. Results suggested trust partially mediated the relationship between justice both satisfaction affective commitment. Additionally, was by perceptions.
