摘要: The present invention pertains to acridone and acridine compounds of formula (I), wherein either: (a) K is =O, L -H, alpha a single bond, beta double gamma bond (acridones); or, (b) 9-substituent, absent, (acridines); wherein: J1 2- or 3-substituent; J2 6- 7-substituent; J?1 J2? are each independently group the -NHCO(CH?2?)nNR?1R2?, n an integer from 1 5; and, R?1 R2? hydrogen, C?1-7?alkyl, C3-20heterocyclyl, C5-20aryl, R2?, taken together with nitrogen atom which they attached, form heterocyclic ring having 3 8 atoms; wherein, when -N(RN)Q, RN amino substituent C5-20aryl; Q C1-7alkyl, optionally substituted; pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, amides, solvates, hydrates, protected forms thereof. also pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds, use compositions, both in vitro vivo, inhibit telomerase, regulate cell prol iferation, treatment proliferative conditions, as cancer.
