摘要: The long non-coding RNA Hox transcript antisense intergenic (HOTAIR) was recently implicated in breast cancer metastasis and is predictive of poor prognosis colorectal pancreatic cancers. We discovered that HOTAIR a cell cycle-related lncRNA human glioma, its expression closely associated with glioma staging prognosis. Although lysine specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) polycomb repressive complex 2 (PRC2) have been demonstrated to be functional targets HOTAIR, how regulates cycle progression remains largely unknown. In this study, we found EZH2 (predominant PRC2 component) inhibition blocked cells, consistent the effects elicited by siRNA. However, LSD1 did not affect cells. These results suggest might regulate through EZH2. Our intracranial mice model also revealed delayed tumor growth siRNA- inhibitor-treated groups. Moreover, knock-down lines, PRC2-binding domain (5' domain) but LSD1-binding (3' resulted accelerated progression. conclusion, promotes as result binding 5' complex.
