摘要: Endoscopy and biopsy of the upper gastrointestinal tract terminal ileum were performed in 24 patients with familial polyposis or Gardner's syndrome order to further define incidence extracolonic adenomatous polyps. Polyps, usually multiple small size, detected gastric fundus (12.5 percent), antrum (29.1 duodenum (66.6 (41.7 percent). Histology showed hyperplasia fundic glands cystic dilatation polyps fundus, adenomas several cases antral (three patients) duodenal (14 patients). Polyps either (five lymphoid aggregates. Patients stigmata syndrome, desmoids mesenteric fibromatosis presented a major duodenum, but not other parts digestive investigated. Subsequent checkup after an average 33 months ten revealed increase lesions only two patients. These findings confirm that are limited colon rectum, as previously believed, can affect whole tract. Periodic surveillance mucosa seems be indicated, especially for since degeneration into carcinoma is possible
