摘要: Abstract This work demonstrated a simple platform for rapid and effective surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (SALDI-TOF MS) measurements based on the layer structure of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) gold nanoparticles. A multi-layer thin film was fabricated by alternate layer-by-layer depositions rGO nanoparticles (LBL rGO/AuNP). The flat clean two-dimensional served as sample plate also functioned matrix in SALDI-TOF MS. By simply one-step deposition analytes onto LBL rGO/AuNP plate, MS various homogeneous samples were ready to execute. optimization signal reached variation numbers Also, small molecules including amino acids, carbohydrates peptides successfully analyzed using plate. results showed that intensity, S N−1 ratio reproducibility spectra have been significantly improved comparison uses or α-cyano-4-hydroxy-cinnamic acid (CHCA) assisted matrixes. Taking advantages unique properties nanoparticles, ready-to-use which could absorb dissipate energy quite efficiently homogeneously, has shown great commercial potentials applications.
