摘要: Abstract Pure TiO 2 nanotubes (TiO NTs) and Si-doped NTs (Si–TiO were prepared by one-step solvothermal procedure using titanium oxysulfate tetraethoxysilane as silicon sources, respectively. The structure morphology of the samples characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD) Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) showed that introduction Si into could be controlled successfully. result N absorption-desorption (BET) displayed 5% Si–TiO had highest specific surface areas among all samples. Notably, UV–Vis absorption spectra test a much higher photocatalytic activity compared with other samples, exhibited remarkable red-shift intensity appeared under UV irradiation. Therefore, can greatly improved suitable amount doping.
