摘要: Novel 3D urchin-like TiO2 microstructures decorated with Ag nanoparticles were successfully fabricated by one-step solvothermal method the mixed solution of ethylene glycol, AgNO3 and tetrabutyl titanate. The morphology, microstructure, crystalline composition composite materials could be adjusted through changing content AgNO3, temperature time. obtained samples characterized TEM, XRD XPS. formation mechanism these was proposed. nanoparticle-decorated showed excellent photocatalytic activity for degradation Rhodamine B under UV–Vis irradiation, which attributed to their special superstructure, nanoparticle as well.
