摘要: Abstract The pre-peak of the structure factor S ( Q ) is found in Cu3Au liquid and its origin analyzed by MD simulation this paper. It concluded from calculation result Bhatia–Thornton (B–T) partial that great concentration fluctuation arising strong chemical short order leads to formation . In addition, system quenched two different temperatures discuss dynamics process glass Although, position first peak are unchanged with quenching temperature, they become more pronounced magnitude decrease temperature as a increase ordering degree metallic glass. Further investigation on indicates increases intensity during cooling results gradually enhanced icosahedral local order. Our present work provides an evolution picture MRO metal undergoing thermal histories.
