摘要: Methods of monitoring hybridization during polymerase chain reaction are disclosed. These methods achieved with rapid thermal cycling and use double stranded DNA dyes or specific probes. A fluorescence resonance energy transfer pair comprises fluorescein Cy5 Cy5.5. for quantitating amplified determining its purity carried out by analysis melting reannealing curves.
