摘要: A system is provided for carrying out real time fluorescence-based measurements of nucleic acid amplification products. In a preferred embodiment the invention, an excitation beam focused into reaction mixture through surface, containing: (i) first fluorescent indicator capable generating signal whose intensity proportional to amount product in volume illuminated by and (ii) second homogeneously distributed throughout beam. Preferably, lens portion wall closed chamber containing mixture. The same used collect signals generated indicators, respectively, response ratio intensities provides stable quantitative synthesized course reaction.
