摘要: We have designed experiments to characterise leech leukocytes that mediate inflammatory responses. Shortly after inflicting injury the body wall in presence of lipopolysaccharides, many cells resembling macrophages, NK and granulocytes vertebrates invertebrates migrated lesioned area. Nuclei migrating incorporated bromodeoxyuridine. Using human monoclonal antibodies, macrophage-like were positive for CD25, CD14, CD61, CD68, CD11b CD11c. NK-like CD56, CD57 CD16, In blots extracts, CD25 antibody recognised a band about 55 kD; CD56 antibody, two bands 140 210 106 70 CD14 50 CD16 60 kD. CD61 CD68 both 110 200 kD, CD11c, 180
