摘要: Policy appraisal has spread rapidly throughout the OECD and beyond, as associated academic literature. In this paper we present findings of a systematic review We assess extent to which developments in research everyday practices have informed one other. While there are signs that policy is moving away from ‘technical–rational model’ appraisal, both practice remain heavily by it. The reveals interacting subtle ways, but these fall well short what sought advocates more reflexive approaches. systematically examine exact pattern research–practice interaction depicted literature explore how may change future.
