摘要: Despite being well visualized by different cross-sectional imaging techniques, the spleen is many times overlooked during abdominal examination. The major reason low frequency of splenic abnormalities, majority consisting incidental findings. There has been a steady increase in number performed magnetic resonance (MRI) studies; therefore, it important to be familiar MRI characteristics disease processes involving spleen, order interpret findings correctly, reaching whenever possible appropriate diagnosis. may involved several pathologic conditions like congenital diseases, trauma, inflammation, vascular disorders and hematologic disorders, benign malignant tumors, other that focally or diffusely affect spleen. This paper presents description representative images for these disorders.
