摘要: The last few years have seen remarkable developments in our understanding of the physiology, pharmacology and genetics inhibitory glycinergic synapses. In part, this has been due to development new resources such as specific antisera recognizing glycine receptor (GlyR) transporter (GlyT) subtypes, but also characterization mouse, zebrafish bovine genetic models dysfunction. What is evident high quality impact research conducted field. This reflected reviews articles Special Issue entitled “Glycinergic transmission: physiological, developmental pathological implications”.
