摘要: To investigate possible morphological changes to the liver tissue of lambaris, Astyanax bimaculatus (Linnaeus, 1758), females were exposed treatments sublethal concentrations insecticide Thiodan® for 96 hr. Treatments included three 1.15, 2.3, and 5.6 μg L−1 a control group without insecticide. The action at did not affect structure as whole, but in isolated locations hepatic parenchyma observed. Glycogen depletion, nuclear cytoplasmic deformation, hypertrophy, hyperemia, cellular degeneration cells different studied recorded. These observed livers greater groups comparison group. Furthermore, there was change diameter nuclei cytoplasm hepatocytes treatments. also exhibited larger number hepatocyte reduction amount cytoplasm.
