摘要: In this article the single family of conformations adenosine 5′-monophosphate (5′AMP) in aqueous solution previously obtained using lanthanide ions as nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) probes is shown to disagree with conformational data available from independent NMR methods, such coupling constants and Overhauser enhancement analysis. The original experimental reinterpreted assuming contribution different conformers observed perturbations. average conformation for 5′ AMP agrees quite satisfactorily other information.
