摘要: This paper addresses the role of age diversity in relation to productive energy work teams. In a second step, transformational leadership is tested as moderator this process. Based on social identity and similarity/attraction theory, heterogeneous teams should show lower level than do homogeneous with high perceived leadership, effect be reversed. Study hypotheses were sample 664 individuals 72 from multinational company. Study participants company sites four countries. Results showed negative between teams' only marginally significant manner, which vanished when controls included. contrast, moderation was found well association energy. sum, these results point toward promising strategy manage productively.
