摘要: MOLECULAR CHARACTERIZATION OF MYCOBACTERIUM BOVIS ISOLATES FROM THE STATE SAO PAULO, BY USE SPOLIGOTYPING TECHNIQUE. This goal of this research was to study, by Spoligotyping, 43 Mycobacterium bovis isolates, from cattle slaughtered in the State Sao Paulo, typed 12 different spoligotypes. Among these isolates 35 were classified 6 spoligotypes known already, and 8 new Within those, 29 corresponded SB0295, SB0121 SB0140 The spoligotype is major type found Argentina also present Paraguay Uruguay. SB0120 most frequently observed France (26%) has benn Belgium, China, Denmark, Iran, Japan, Portugal, Russia, South Africa, Sri Lanka Netherlands. AR28 Brazil. SB0122 only cited It important emphasize that among at moment, there are unique spoligotypes, 2 them isolated as N7 N8 spoligotype. results show Brazil that, up seem be shared between Brazil, Europe, therefore molecular discrimination M. Spoligotyping constitutes a tool for surveillance systems detecting focuses bovine tuberculosis.
