摘要: Pan-cancer study can uncover cell- and tissue-specific genomic loci regions with underlying biological functions, as one of fundamental procedures toward precision medicine. We utilized the online curated resource DNA methylation annotation knowledgebase, to implement cross-cell interrogation pan-cancer breast cancer. The revealed genome-wide differentially-methylated by reduced representation bisulfite sequencing profiling. knowledgebase contains three level information across multiple cancer normal cells from ENCODE Consortium. reference base covers all identified differentially-methylation CpG sites interest, further annotated gene information, together tumor suppressor level. Lastly, it includes inferred functional association network related Gene Ontology analysis results based on genes interest.
