摘要: ■ BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Visual field loss is a complication of vitrectomy and concern for patients with glaucoma. Our objective was to determine whether associated new defects in PATIENTS METHODS: This retrospective case series involved 7 eyes patients, who had open-angle glaucoma underwent macular hole (2) or epiretinal membrane (5). RESULTS: Acuity improved by at least two lines 5 eyes. fields showed change mean deviation following (mean difference -1.50 dB, P=0.0006, paired Student's t-test). One eye confirmed progression pre-existing visual defect, but no were apparent the other Transient intraocular pressure rises requiring therapy occurred 3 developed edema, operative complications occurred. CONCLUSIONS: The results our small suggest that may be an acceptable intervention co-existing problems.
