摘要: No one is content with the state of health and social programs in Canada today. The Right thinks that there too much government involvement, Left not enough. In Changing Politics Canadian Social Policy James Rice Michael Prince track history welfare from its establishment 1940s, through development mid 1970s, to period deficit crisis restraint followed late 1970s 1980s.
