摘要: Electrophysiological methods have been used extensively to study the actions of opioids on cells in nervous system. One principal motivations has an interest identifying sites opioid action and pathways important for transmission pain sensation (see Duggan North, 1984; Basbaum Fields, 1984, recent reviews). The discovery endogenous created electrophysiological properties these peptides as possible neurotransmitters. This resulted studies mapping regional distribution receptive comparing effects different opioids. Pharmacological characterization multiple types receptors by behavioral neurochemical assays gave impetus analysis differences among receptor types. Recently this led advances made several groups involved cellular ionic conductances affected activation.
