摘要: BACKGROUND The aim of this study was to evaluate the chemopreventive effects black tea polyphenols (Polyphenon-B) on markers invasion and angiogenesis during dimethylaminoazobenzene (DAB)-induced hepatocarcinogenesis. MATERIALS AND METHODS Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into four groups. in groups 1 2 given 0.06% DAB diet for 3 months followed by normal diet. group received addition 0.05% Polyphenon-B basal animals alone 4 served as control. RESULTS dietary administration induced well-differentiated hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC) that showed increased expression invasion, epigenetic histone deacetylation compared with controls. significantly reduced incidence DAB-induced hepatomas evidenced modulation (matrix metalloproteinase, MMP-2, MMP-9, tissue inhibitor matrix TIMP-2, reversion-inducing cysteine rich protein Kazal motifs RECK) (hypoxia inducible factor 1alpha, HIF1alpha, vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF, VEGF receptor, VEGFR1) well deacetylase HDAC-1. CONCLUSION results present provide evidence has potential a agent.
