摘要: Purpose Prediction of hamstring tendon autograft size facilitates preoperative planning knee ligament surgery and may reduce the need for allografts in complex reconstructions. The aim this study was to analyse whether length diameter autografts can be predicted preoperatively with anthropometric parameters patient characteristics. Methods In observational study, 725 consecutive Caucasian patients scheduled ACL reconstruction were included. Preoperatively gender, age, height weight recorded. After harvest, lengths both gracilis semitendinosus tendons measured. Diameter final four-strand Relationship between grafts different assed by linear logistic regression analyses. Results Mean 28.9 ± 3.1 27.7 3.0 cm, respectively. Length independently related height. Female gender correlated smaller graft diameter. One nine female had a <8 mm. ratio men 1 36. Conclusion Hamstring Caucasians.
