摘要: The objective of this study was to measure the diameters 5- and 6-strand hamstring autografts evaluate predictability their thickness by other body size indices. Data were collected from 122 skeletally mature adult patients, who had undergone arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using only or autografts. tibial femoral ends grafts measured with precision 0.5 mm. Multiple linear regression performed determine relationship between autograft’s diameter end 5-strand graft in male/female patients on average 8.9/8.3 mm, while graft—9.3/8.5 mm (respectively). In 98.4% cases, significantly thicker than 8 mm. group, a significant positive correlation detected patient’s height (r = 0.55; p < 0.001), weight (r = 0.60; p < 0.001) BMI (r = 0.43; p < 0.01). group statistically correlations (r = 0.53; (r = 0.50; p < 0.001). Hamstring Taller heavier persons tended have greater autografts; however, better predict autograft, composition should be studied relation size. Preparation (using all length tendons) provides almost 100% probability obtain graft’s bigger Level III.
