摘要: The induction of wheat male fertile lines by using the chemical hybridizing agent SQ-1 (CHA-SQ-1) is an effective approach in utilization heterosis; however, molecular basis fertility remains unknown. Wheat flag leaves are initial receptors CHA-SQ-1 and their membrane structure plays a vital role response to stress. To investigate stress, we compared quantitative proteomic profiles absence presence CHA-SQ-1. Our results indicated that suffered oxidative stress during treatments. Leaf O2-, H2O2, malonaldehyde levels were significantly increased within 10 h after treatment, while activities major antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase, catalase, guaiacol peroxidase reduced. Proteome membrane-enriched fraction showed change abundance battery proteins involved multiple biological processes. These variable mainly impaired photosynthesis, ATP synthesis protein mechanisms provide explanation relationships between proteomes anther abortion practical application CHA for hybrid breeding.
