摘要: Surfactants are an essential part of the droplet-based microfluidic technology. They involved in stabilization droplet interfaces, biocompatibility system and process molecular exchange between droplets. The recent progress applications microfluidics has been made possible by development new molecules their characterizations. In this review, role surfactant is discussed with emphasis on developed specifically to overcome limitations ‘standard’ surfactants. Emulsion properties interfacial rheology surfactant-laden layers strongly determine overall capabilities Dynamic droplets, interfaces emulsions therefore very important be characterized, understood controlled. respect, systems themselves appear powerful tools for study dynamics at time- length-scale relevant corresponding applications. More generally, becoming a type experimental platform complex systems.
