摘要: Open metal site (OMS)s, also referred to as coordinatively unsaturated metals, play very important roles in their specific recognition of small molecules. In this chapter, we have outlined different strategies create OMSs on the pore surfaces metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), and potential applications porous MOFs with storage energy carrier gases (e.g., hydrogen, methane, acetylene), gas separation (postcombustion CO2 capture, light hydrocarbon separation, purification chemical sensing, heterogeneous catalysis.
