摘要: Purpose: Retrospective analyses were undertaken to assess the hypothesis that environmental variables influenced immunophysiological status of lacrimal glands from untreated female rabbits had been housed out-of-doors until they acquired for use as controls experimental studies.Materials and Methods: Rabbits euthanized within 5 days arrival at University Vivaria. Glands divided histology RNA extraction. Transcript abundances determined with real time RT-PCR. Sections stained CD18 rabbit thymic lymphocyte antigen. Environmental assessed mean daily high temperature, low humidity, temperature/low humidity ratio, above average temperature/humidity ratio (“adverse days”) during prior 30 days.Results: Spearman’s revealed numerous significant correlations.
