摘要: We present a Brownian dynamics simulation study on the confinement and partitioning of single, flexible polymer chain in dense array nanoposts with different sizes separations, especially, when volume an interstitial space formed among four is less than chain. As decreases by either increasing nanopost diameter or decreasing separation between nanoposts, conformation becomes elongated direction parallel to nanoposts. Interestingly, however, degree elongation varies non-monotonic fashion as while keeping passage width two constant at small value. calculate free energy over several spaces from probability, find that dependence results interplay confinement-driven along spreading perpendicular segments spaces. These possibility utilizing template control conformations.
