摘要: Abstract Gold microelectrodes decorated with nanotips were developed for spectroelectrochemical experiments. These new dual probes fabricated by combining fabrication processes of scanning near-field optical microscopy photolithography. A nanotip array was produced at the surface a coherent fiber bundle wet chemical etching step. The resulting nanostructured sputter-coated thin gold layer. This film conferred plasmonic properties to sharp and served as well electrode material enable electrochemical reactions. photolithographic process used delimit on nanotips-decorated tunable dimensions (radii ranging between 20 μm 3.5 μm) individually or in an format. regular pattern characterized first cyclic voltammetry. Numerical simulation assess these platforms influences recessed geometry nanotips. Approach curves recorded negative positive feedback modes (SECM) insulating conducting substrates. Finally, spatially resolved Raman imaging allowed us detect mercaptobenzoic acid monolayer adsorbed microelectrode surface, demonstrating surface-enhanced scattering (SERS) effect induced gold-coated typical enhancement factor ∼7 × 104. Such approach introduces reproducible method fabricate promising SERS-active behavior SECM
