摘要: Wright demonstrated in 1941 that platelets adhere to glass (102). Her approach was revived by Hellem’s work 1960 (40), which led the discovery of effect ADP on platelets. Since then, there has been considerable interest developing simplified laboratory procedures measure platelet adhesiveness. It is usually assessed methods utilizing tendency glass.
