Stimulating skill evolution in market-based crowdsourcing

摘要: Crowdsourcing has emerged as an important paradigm in human problem-solving techniques on the Web. One application of crowdsourcing is to outsource certain tasks crowd that are difficult implement software. Another potential benefit on-demand allocation a flexible workforce. Businesses may based temporary workload variations. A major challenge guarantee high-quality processing tasks. We present novel marketplace matches suitable workers auctions. The key ensuring high quality lies skilled members whose capabilities can be estimated correctly. auction mechanism for skill evolution helps correctly estimate and evolve skills needed. Evaluations show this leads improved crowdsourcing.
