摘要: An accelerator mass spectrometer (AMS) made at the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics (BINP), Siberian Branch, Russian Academy Sciences, is installed in Geochronology Cenozoic Era Center for Collective Use carbon 14 dating samples. Distinctive features BINP AMS include use a middle energy separator ion beams, magnesium vapor target as stripping target, and time-of-flight telescope with thin films accurate selection. Results experiments measuring radiocarbon concentration test samples labels biomedical applications are presented.
