摘要: Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare neoplasm with poor prognosis. Prognostic factors are needed to identify patients who should be treated aggressively and those for which less aggressive approach warranted. As result of advances within the field immunohistochemistry, investigations Ki-67, PCNA, IGF, EGF-r p53 were performed in 17 ACC. The aim this study was clarify role EGF-r, IGF correlation tumour behaviour outcome. This retrospective includes 16 patients, 10 women 6 men, median age 46 years. Nine tumours hormonally functioning 7 non-functioning. results obtained revealed that all expressed PCNA Ki-67 values 59% 14%, respectively, while negative 88%, 82% positive 94% tumours. No found between p53, survival rate. There no interdependence or
