摘要: The growth of the randomly and indeterminately changing state electric network power grid, caused by use distributed generation, continues to significantly affect behavior modeling for planning operational control its mode. Existing approaches become inadequate models with probabilistic fuzzy parameters. In these conditions, issues development new methods, algorithms tools regime parameters networks based on theories logic sets more urgent. Model algorithm controlling capacitor banks in electrical mathematical apparatus, is proposed paper.
