摘要: Bacteria are highly abundant in freshwater sediments and play a crucial role biogeochemical cycling. Bacterial assemblage is known to be sensitive heavy metal pollution. However, the shift sediment bacterial community after sudden exposure spill remains unknown. The present study explored impact of (metalloid) on reservoir. Although abundance was relatively insensitive spill, richness, diversity structure displayed considerable temporal variations. In addition, proportions Proteobacteria Chloroflexi, Nitrospirae, Acidobacteria Bacteroidetes drastically declined, while significant enrichment Firmicutes observed.
