摘要: Abstract The characteristics of intestinal absorption adinazolam in rats were investigated using an situ loop method on the upper, middle and lower parts small intestine, colon. disappearance drug from lumen was measured to estimate absorption. Adinazolam readily absorbed various sites intestine colon indicating no site specificity. Absorption followed first-order kinetics with a half-life less than 15 min. Dose dependency or saturation not observed experimental concentration range 5–1000 μg/ml. In one experiments investigate effect postprandial administration, decreased somewhat when administered solution contained either 5% bile powder polysorbate 80. biopharmaceutic study, sustained release (SR) tablet significantly prolonged plasma beagle dogs comparison that rapidly disintegrating conventional tablets (conventional tablet) adinazolam. mean residence time (MRT) SR about 5-times greater tablets.
