摘要: Proximity sensor, particularly for usage in an electronic mobile device, comprising at least one acoustic transducer adapted receiving signals parts of the frequency range human audible sound and emitting and/or ultrasonic proximity estimation. The preferably is a Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Systems (MEMS) microphone. Further, method device provided steps generating electric signal sound, by means transducer; deducing from emitted received delay between emission reception corresponding signal.
