摘要: Excitatory amino acid receptor antagonists and methods for the use thereof are disclosed. The include compounds having preferred formula : or in which each of A1, A2 A3 is independently either C N, except that at least one N ; A4 A5 other R1 R2 hydrogen, halogen, CN, NO2, alkyl, aromatic, azido CF3; R3 aromatic CF3. Also included tautomers thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable salts (III) (IV) thereof. These useful as EAA blocking more receptors, reducing phosphoinositide hydrolysis, neuroprotective agents, treatment various neurological disorders associated with receptors.
