摘要: The present disclosure provides, among other things, methods and compositions for detecting and/or quantifying analytes using fragment complementation technologies. In accordance with various embodiments of the disclosure, a kit can include a) capture probe immobilized on surface, wherein associate an analyte in sample, thereby forming at least one captured analyte; b) detection element including target interacting associated first subunit detectable entity, so that complex is formed; c) second complement generate presence amount indicated by level or activity entity.
