摘要: The invention relates to design of short oligonucleotides and analogs thereof (such as, di-, trinucleotide compounds) useful for various therapeutic applications. It is believed that the compounds can be used as antiviral agents, anticancer agents so on. In certain embodiments, modulate immune-stimulatory pathways non-TLR pathways. also modified applications, by excluding nucleotide segments having off-target effects from oligonucleotides. another aspect, provides pharmaceutical compositions including one or more invention. described herein have utility against a variety diseases, viral autoimmune diseases allergy, asthma, inflammatory disorders) cancer.
