摘要: Keloids are benign cutaneous lesions, arising from proliferating fibroblasts. of the ear may occur after trauma, surgery or helix piercings and difficult to treat, since they tend form recurrences. Guidelines suggest multimodal therapy; however, recurrence rates remain high distinct algorithms for combination different modalities missing. To unravel most effective therapeutic options keloids ear, 38 patients with diagnosis an keloid were included in our cohort. In a prospective subgroup (B) this cohort (n = 17), either underwent using “fillet technique” (a meticulous peeling skin) intra-lesional injections triamcinolone 10 mg/ml every 4–6 weeks 6 months, additionally treated non-customized pressure device which was recommended at least 16/24 h per day over 6 months. further compare results, remaining 21 cohort, who clinic before, retrospectively evaluated concerning their rates. The mean follow-up 48 months. count adjuvant steroid two all patients, four B. rate 30% (13/38) (subgroup B 0/17). Aesthetic results good excellent non-recurrent cases. No patient fillet technique showed (p < 0.001). However, we could not confirm significant effect but trend repeated preventing recurrences (p = 0.099). application clip also clear towards cross-table analysis (p = 0.057). Although several studies on treatment regimens exist, effectiveness regimen needs be elucidated.
