摘要: Pre-exposure rabies prophylaxis (PrEP) is recommended for people at frequent or increased risk of professional exposure to lyssavirus (including virus). PrEP provides protection against unrecognized exposure. After the primary vaccination, one's immune response may decline over time. We aimed evaluate in individuals immunized occupational reasons before and after a booster dose vaccine. With this aim, we retrospectively documented factors associated with an inadequate vaccinated purposes. Our findings analyzed data from 498 found that 17.2% participants had antibody titration their vaccination without booster, while additional vaccine was evidenced 0.5% tested participants. This study showed single conferred high long-term nearly all except rare, low responders. A systematic result alleviating monitoring strategy post-PrEP titers among exposed professionals.
