摘要: Various predisposing factors and immunodepressing agents are used in animal models to enhance fungal pathogenicity lead more homogenous invasion of fungi. In this study the influence cyclophosphamide, hydrocortisone acetate, prednisolone mechlorethamine hydrochloride, antibiotics, deferoxamine others is described. The most drastic effects occurred with hydrochloride pretreatment, which resulted permanent neutropenia guinea-pig, but not mouse. Irreversible diabetes was obtained mice rats streptozotocin. injection iron chelator led rapidly fatality zygomycosis. Deferoxamine also a potent antagonist amphotericin B. experimental mycoses were induced by fungi presenting differences morphology, including candidosis: systemic pregnancy various species, intestinal, corneal cutaneous guinea-pigs vaginal rats. Fusarium Aspergillus keratitis, Malassezia infection, sporotrichosis, penicilliosis, paracoccidioidomycosis, cryptococcosis, zygomycosis dermatophytosis at least two different morphological forms present. This case for chromoblastomycosis histoplasmosis guinea-pigs. broad-spectrum activity itraconazole clearly demonstrated where morphology human infections mimicked.
