摘要: microRNAs (miRNAs) are a group of small non-coding RNAs that ~22 (18 to 25) nucleotides (nt) long and have been associated with variety diseases, including cancer. Increasing evidence indicates miRNAs essential in the development, diagnosis, treatment prognosis tumors. The utility as biomarkers for diagnosis target molecules cancers is increasingly being recognized. With discovery circulating miRNAs, non-invasive approach cancer has identified. This review summarizes role development different tumors, well other biological events. Moreover, this focuses on analyzing function mechanism gastric cancer-related investigates importance cancer, their origin. Finally, lists number problems must be solved prior used reliable tools
