摘要: A Hall magnetic sensor working in the current domain and its electronic interface are presented. The paper describes physical design implementation a standard CMOS technology, transistor level of high sensitive front-end together with experimental characterization. current-mode analog readout circuit have been fabricated using 0.18- $\mu{\rm m}$ technology. uses spinning technique to compensate for offset provides differential as an output signal. measured power consumption residual 120 W}$ 50 T}$ , respectively.
