摘要: A compact CMOS magnetic Hall sensor that includes both a plate and readout circuit is proposed. In order to achieve low-noise low-power operation, the employs switched biasing amplifier with chopper. The prototype has been implemented fabricated in high-voltage 0.18 process occupies 0.624 mm2. Owing amplifier, input-referred noise reduced from 41 μT√Hz 25 μT/ √Hz. entire consumes 4.5 mW 3.3 V supply voltage.
