摘要: Abstract Bioconversion of p -methoxyphenylacetonitrile (MOPAN) to -methoxyphenylacetic acid (MOPAA) by immobilized cells Bacillus subtilis ZJB-063, a nitrilase producing strain, was investigated in batch and repeated batch. Four entrapment matrixes were screened search for suitable support terms enzyme activity reusability the bead, alginate exhibited significant process advantages over its other counterparts. The effects sodium concentration, bead diameter, CaCl 2 concentration examined. Maximum achieved when above parameters set as 2.5% alginate, 2 mm 4.0% . An initial MOPAN 10 mM completely converted MOPAA entrapped after 8 h reaction under optimized conditions. Efficient biocatalyst up nine batches immobilization, treatment with polyethyleneimine (PEI) glutaraldehyde (GA) further extended longevity 18 batches.
